July 9, 2020: If you DO NOT agree with the number of Qualifying Shifts indicated in the “HOW MUCH IS MY SHARE OF THE SETTLEMENT?” section of the Notice you received, but you DO wish to participate in the Settlement, you must submit a “Notice of Dispute” to the Claims Administrator so that it is postmarked by this date.
July 24, 2020: If you want to be excluded from the settlement, you must mail your Opt Out Request to the Claims Administrator so that it is postmarked by this date.
July 24, 2020: If you are a member of the class and you do not believe that the proposed settlement is fair, adequate, and reasonable, you must mail your written objection to the Court so that it is postmarked by this date.
August 17, 2020: The Court will hold a fairness hearing to determine whether the case should be settled under the Settlement’s terms at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 5A of the United States District Court, Central District of California, First Street Courthouse, located at 350 West First Street, Los Angeles, California 90012.
